While NanieGuard strives to provide the most accurate AI-monitoring and surveillance technology, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.

3. Products and Services

Certain products, specifically our AI-Powered Baby Monitors and Surveillance Hubs, may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. User Safety & Data Privacy

Our surveillance products require network connectivity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own WiFi network. NanieGuard is not liable for unauthorized access to your camera feeds resulting from weak local network security or compromised passwords.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
